Edilson Mamian is a coffee producer who owns a farm (La Cabaña) with his family in the Huila region of Colombia, more precisely in the village of La Esmeralda, near the town of San Adolfo. This region is located in the southwest of the country. It is bordered by many rivers and the landscape is mountainous, including peaks exceeding 5,000 m in altitude. This is the department of Colombia that produces the most coffee since the climatic conditions are extremely favorable for this culture. La Cabaña specializes in the production of Pink Bourbon, a rather rare variety of Arabica coffee that is not often cultivated in monoculture.
This coffee which grew at an altitude varying between 1700 and 1830 meters above sea level. It was evaluated above 86 points during the tastings. It has sweet notes of honey, caramel, citrus, cherry and melon.
