Winner of the bronze medal of the International Chocolate Awards World category 2020-2021. The Choco Whisky bar is made from a unique blend of cocoa beans that only has one purpose, to compliment the taste of its partner, the whisky. Blended with Sivo's Selection Rye Whisky which by the way was created from Quebec cereals. We start by bathing our chocolate chips directly in the whisky for several days, this allows the chips to absorb the complex aromatic notes of the whisky, without absorbing its alcohol. We then let the chips dry completely before putting them in our mills to create this simply amazing bar.
